Telehealth Guidelines

-All After hour calls and messages from Monday - Thursday will be returned the next business day

- The Provider will only be On Call Friday and Saturday, not week nights.

- Please do not text the on call number during business hours, call the office.

- Please allow 1-2 hours for Provider to return your call on the weekends. 

-If you are experiencing a Medical Emergency, Please go to the nearest Emergency Department. 

-On call services will provided in the order they were received.

- Preferred mode of contact while on call is phone call or text, not email. You will not get a prompt response from an email. Please allow 24 hours for email responses. The on call number 910-317-5550

- Please have your insurance card and/or payment ready at the beginning of the visit.
