Coastal Family Urgent Care, P.A. is your local Primary Care office that provides care to you and your family of all ages. Our office has staff who have years of experience with providing care to Columbus County and surrounding areas. We offer walk in services and same day appointments.

We accept most insurances as well as SELF PAY, please see our patient pricing page.

We see all age groups including Newborn visits, well child checks, acute sickness needs, sports physicals, and wellness visits into adulthood.

Urgent Acute Visits

Whether you have a bacterial or viral infection, headache, joint pain, stomach pain, etc. We accept walks ins!

Primary Care

We offer Primary Care and Pediatric Well Visits and acute visits from Birth to Adults

Same Day Visits

Walk ins accepted! You can also register online via the portal and make an appointment online the same day.
